In following these goals each student will become stronger in all academic subject, be more confident in themselves, and will learn to explore creativity and originality.
Vision
My vision is for all of our students at RCA to have the opportunity to explore the music world. The will learn Music History, Music fundamentals, Improvisation as well as composition. Music is core at Roosevelt Children’s Academy. We value the role Music Education plays in the lives of students and others.
RCA implements the Core Knowledge program because it provides specific skill and knowledge objectives for students to learn. Also, it ensures consistency and helps avoid serious gaps in student knowledge or needless repetitions in instruction across the grades.
