The mission of the Roosevelt Children’s Academy is to prepare students to fulfill their potential and become productive members of society. RCA will provide a rigorous academic program that expands students’ horizons and maximizes their ability and a learning community that sets high expectations for our students, builds their confidence and self-esteem, celebrates their differences, encourages critical thinking, and fosters a love of learning.

The COVID-19 pandemic profoundly affected the lives of all members of our society and the education of children worldwide. As a school community, we understand the importance of planning our reopening while continuing to consider the school’s mission and the health and safety of all members of the RCA Family. In addition, it was also important to address various significant issues, such as students’ social and emotional needs, ensure all students can participate equitably in remote learning, and provide additional academic support for our struggling learners.
